• BAFANG rear hub motor

Throttle function:

• Walking-pace assistance only

• Limited to 6 km/h, in accordance with EPAC requirements

• Anti-tampering control system - speed and throttle can not be modified

EPAC Compliance & Intended Use

The BARREL EPAC 250W is supplied as an electrically power-assisted bicycle that meets the definition of an EPAC under Australian road vehicle standards and EN15194:2017.

As supplied:

• Motor assistance is limited to 250W continuous rated output

• Assistance cuts out at 25 km/h

• Any throttle function is limited to walking-pace assistance only

This model is intended for:

• Recreational cycling

• Use on bicycle paths where permitted under state and territory laws

• Private property

This model is not supplied as a motor vehicle and is not designed or intended for use as a road-registered vehicle.
